David is an Architect and Planner with over 18 years of leadership and design experience with a focus on higher-education work. He is committed to continuous growth, delivering design excellence, and our responsibility to be thoughtful stewards for our future generations. David has worked in both private and public sectors and has recently rejoined ARK after having served as the Managing Director, University Planning at the University of Toronto. He brings a wealth of institutional knowledge having managed many complex projects while navigating planning and design challenges, heritage concerns, seeking consensus amongst large stakeholder groups, and liaising with various community groups and authorities having jurisdiction.
